**Nearly beachfront – we are in the Jack’s Surfboard’s building that is on Balboa Ave. You could throw your blackberry and hit the Pacific Ocean, but you can’t technically see the waves from the office. But it’s a real fun building, discounts at Jack’s and Subway and Donut Stop, includes very clean locked bathrooms (not open to public). Looking for professional, responsible, and chill 2-5 people that need nice creative space
